These are the panels that ensures the control of the medical gases at the relevant service point after they leave the power plants and give an alarm if the line pressure falls below or exceeds the limit value.
These are the panels that ensures the control of the medical gases at the relevant service point after they leave the power plants and give an alarm if the line pressure falls below or exceeds the limit value.
Regional service units are manufactured in two types as flush-mounted and surface-mounted models.
Regional service units are divided into two types as pressure unregulated and pressure regulated; regulated units, the pressure value in regulated units can be adjusted to the desired value for the continuation of the relevant line. Regulator units are available with By-Pass regulator as an option.
Intended Use
It is used to warn the user when the pressure values are out of limit, by monitoring the pressures in the pipeline constantly. These products also maintain gas separation of the departments such as operating theatres, intensive care, patient floors of hospitals from the main line and keeping the gas pressure in balance. It ensures that the gas flow is cut off in emergencies or during service and the line is completely isolated and made safe.
Place of Use
It is used in places such as operating theatres, intensive care, patient floors of hospitals where they need to be separated from the main line in emergency and service situations.

It is ensured that the gas pressure, which is set high at the power plant outlet on the line, is regulated to the line after the relevant unit and reduced to the ideal utilisation pressure. Regulation prevents the gas pressure value from decreasing due to the distance between the power plant and the terminal unit.

In the regulated option, it is the regulator system with By-Pass system used to continue the gas flow to the relevant terminal unit where gas distribution is made in service, maintenance and similar situations. These are the systems obtained by connecting 2 regulators with a capacity of 40 m3 /h in parallel or using them on a single body.

Optionally, the entire relevant line can be supplied with a regulated tube with NIST connection as emergency supply.

Especially in intensive care and operating theatre areas, it allows backup in different locations, has valves independently of each other, and allows to cut off the gas in the desired area when requested.

The brand light, which gives blue light in normal situations, works in integration with the alarm system on the panel in case of malfunctions and the light starts to flash red, thus becoming more remarkable and allowing faster intervention.

It can be added on the panels at any time and has 6 gas capacities. It has features that can show low, high pressure, give visual and audible alarms, repeat alarms and record them. It is a product that has ModBus integration, cannot be accessed except by authorised personnel thanks to its password, shows the area where it is installed and, if desired, a 7” alarm system with PLC screen or touch LED screen can be used. For detailed information on alarm units, please see the MEGASAN Functional Alarm Systems catalogue.

Cover isolation is available to prevent possible medical gas leaks from leaking into the environment.

There is a lock mechanism so that persons other than authorised personnel cannot access the panel. It has a knock-down lock mechanism that provides quick intervention and can be reused in case of emergency and when we cannot reach the key.

On the panel, there are all mounting holes, gas and electricity entry points to be used during installation on the side surfaces for flush-mounted models and on the rear surfaces for surface-mounted panels. In addition, there are also gaps for squeezing the adhesive and binding material tha

It has an ergonomic and stylish design in accordance with modern hospital architecture. With its compact internal structure, it occupies the minimum possible volume of up to 6 gases and provides as much space as possible for other requirements that can be used on the wall.

There is a special spanner attached to the panel to ensure that the special round unions used in the panel can be disassembled and tightened and also it will be not lost.

Pre-use isolation plugs are available to prevent contamination of the unit and thus contamination of the installation when the product is installed on site and before it is welded with pipework.

A plastic bracket is used to prevent the panel sheet from damaging the copper pipes and to prevent corrosion and oxidation of the copper pipes.

All high and low current cables in the panel are pulled to the relevant location through cable ducts, thus eliminating the clutter in the unit and preventing possible confusion during service interventions, has a positive effect on service times.

In case of any power failure, the panel cover can be opened and the installation pressures can be observed by looking at the fully mechanically operated pressure gauges.

Ensures the safety of the technical service, health workers and 3rd parties waiting in the corridor against any electrical leakage that may occur on the panel.

ISO 32 colour coding used on manometers, valve cups, nist covers, pipe labels indicating the inlet and outlet direction on copper pipes and gas-specific markings on the bodies ensure that all gases can be distinguished and provide technical personnel with the comfort of not mixing gases.

It is a safety gasket that ensures that the flow is interrupted in union connections where gas flow may need to be interrupted during service and maintenance.

It is the sheet on which the regional distribution of the gases in the panel is mapped and which gas is distributed to which region.
